Why this page exists
I’ve been living and building in Indonesia for over 10 years.
Over time, people started getting my contact through friends, mutual connections, or word of mouth. They reached out to ask questions, about setting up a business, buying land, navigating permits, managing teams, or simply understanding how things really work on the ground.
I’ve always tried to help when I could.
At some point, it became clear that answering these requests informally was no longer sustainable. Not because the questions weren’t interesting, but because time doesn't scale.
This page exists to:
- keep these conversations possible
- protect my time and attention
- make sure discussions stay focused and useful for both sides
